Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Sydney, Australia

Asite Solutions is looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative to drive growth throughout the Asia-Pacific Region. Working from our Sydney office, you will be on the forefront of a globally expanding software company, with significant opportunities to develop your skillset and career alongside a talented and knowledgeable team.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be critical in driving growth through primarily outbound sales responsibilities, working with the Sales Executive team to qualify prospects and build the outbound sales pipeline.

We expect an extraordinary attention to detail and top-notch communication abilities as a given. We need vibrant individuals who can work with our marketing team to generate leads for the sales team. The position will be London-based.

Responsibilities:
Prospecting for new business opportunities using cold outreach methods; LinkedIn, Email & Phone.

Engaging with relevant AEC industry target audience and enterprise-sized companies, and qualifying them as sales opportunities.

Qualifying the decision-maker using a consultative sales approach and finding their pain points.

Booking your prospect in for a product demo with the Regional Sales Executive.

Building Asite’s outbound pipeline in the APAC region by engaging with new prospects using a variety of resources (Sales related platforms, automated outreach tools, outbound calls, outbound emails).

Key stakeholder in sales lead conversion through Asite’s inbound pipeline using CRM and related platforms.

Participate in the building of outbound campaigns via research and bringing new ideas to the table.

Work with Salesforce & Hubspot to document sales activities where appropriate.

Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Achieve all individual sales targets set by the company.

Attend sales meetings, work closely with the marketing team, and keep current with all product information, pricing and contract terms.

Desired Skills & Experience:
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

Tertiary education degree/qualification, or demonstrable experience in Business Development.

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

An engineering background or degree would be advantageous.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Clear telephone manner.

Diligent when working to both personal and team deadlines.

Strong time and territory management skills with the ability to work to targets.

Ability to influence others and show tenacity with strong negotiation skills.

Confident with a dynamic personalities and ability to build relationships.

Desire to learn and understand the industry in which Asite operates.
