Job description

The Junior Sales Development Representative will be joining this newly created business function in the thriving Melbourne based team.

Your “Superpowers” should be energetic, friendliness and resilience. Passion will be key in this role to drive new business and play an integral role in the overall success of the company in Australia. The sales development rep will help the MarTech (marketing technology) company achieve this by creating an awesome first impression for any prospect engaging with the agency in response to their marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

In this Sales development representative role, you can expect a variety of tasks including:

Creating opportunities through inbound & outbound strategies.

Qualifying leads and presenting product information to prospects.

Work with internal teams to understand new product benefits.

Using effective tools like LinkedIn, email & phone to manage the marketing cycle.

Working with CRM platforms like Salesforce to manage lead generation campaigns.

Collaborate with senior sales team to develop new sales strategies and attract potential customers

Job requirements

Customer-focused experience is great!

Any previous sales experience is a plus (especially over the phone)

Ambitious, driven, a self-starter & resilient

Motivated to build relationships

Great organizational skills and attention to detail

The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
