Summary

Fast Growing Real Estate brokerage looking for someone willing to grow with us. Opportunity to work with experienced real estate investors in a fast-paced environment. Provide support to the Broker and the team by managing all administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

* Manage all Real Estate programs, systems, and administrative duties

* Conduct research, assemble data, complete reports, and maintain databases

* Maintain, schedule, and coordinate calendars, meetings.

* Control all correspondences and calls by responding or directing appropriately

* Communicate regularly with Broker, Office Staff and Agents

* Prepare meetings, memos, documents, emails, and presentations for management

* Process invoices and expenses by ensuring proper documentation and accuracy of documents

* Develop effective working relationships with team members and all internal/external partners

* Complete assigned tasks with high quality efficiently and effectively

What You’ll Need

* Real Estate License a plus but not required

* To Be set up to work from home

* Knowledge of administrative responsibilities

* Strong time management and organizational skills, and attention to detail

* Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple assignments

* Advanced verbal and written communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

* Proficient in Dotloop a plus but not required

Full Time Salary $38,000 – $42,000 depending on experience
