We are now accepting applications for an outgoing and caring sales leader to join our field sales team. The Sales Coach supports and coaches Community Managers and Senior Living Consultants on Resort Lifestyle Communities sales methods and processes. Additionally, this role develops and completes analysis for assigned communities and their specific markets to increase occupancy levels and waitlist depositors, within a given budget. Previous experience and success in the senior housing industry is needed for this position.

You’ll partner with the Director of Field Operations on sales initiatives, interviewing and offer hiring input for selection of future Senior Living Consultants.

You’ll coach, mentor, and motivate community managers and sales team members effectively to reach company objectives.

You’ll coach and mentor the development of outside referral sources through sales calls and community events on an ongoing basis.

You’ll oversee, analyze and review assigned communities’ sales reports, monitor data, and performance while identifying and outlining opportunities for improvement.

You have a proven track record of senior living sales accomplishments.

You are able to travel extensively to your assigned communities and work outside of traditional working hours whenever necessary.

You have excellent public relations and marketing skills.

You can successfully communicate positively and enthusiastically in a coaching and mentoring setting.

You have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

You are proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry.
