Job Description:
Due to continued growth Bupa is looking for a for a passionate Sales Team Leader in our contact centre who genuinely cares about our staff and helping our customers live longer, happier and healthier lives.

About the opportunity:
The primary objective for the Sales Team Leader is to lead, coach and mentor a team of inbound sales specialists to grow revenue and exceed individual and team targets.

Key responsibilities include:
Developing a team of highly professional and motivated Consultants

By personal example lead the adoption of Bupa Australia Vision and Values

Effectively lead and manage people, processes, and technology to facilitate the delivery of excellence in service, operational and productivity efficiencies, people performance and achievement of financial budgets, while ensuring the contact centre is a place where people want to work

Monitor and increase conversion rates within direct team through utilisation and coaching

Proactively manage change and coach the team through change management process

Foster effective relationships with other business units to ensure success of business initiatives

Minimum 5 years Contact Centre experience, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role desirable

Demonstrated coaching ability with a track record of success.

Influencing and negotiating skills

Ability to master a fast paced and changing environment

High level of written and verbal proficiency

Stakeholder management skills

High level of customer service orientation
